Abstract
Research Area: Education
KeyWord: e-leadership skills, emotional competence, operational efficiency
Abstract: This study investigated the relationship between e-leadership skills and emotional competence on operational efficiency of school administrators in public schools of Valencia City, Bukidnon, Philippines .Utilizing a correlation research design, data were collected from 120 public school administrators through surveys. The study revealed important connections between E-leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and organizational efficiency. Strong technological skills are essential for improving how well an organization operates, showing a perfect correlation with operational efficiency. Emotional intelligence plays a significant role as well; leaders who effectively understand and manage emotions foster better work environments that enhance performance. The ability to express emotions positively contributes to effective E-leadership, and being aware of one’s own emotions and those of others is vital for successful leadership. The findings suggest that organizations should focus on developing both E-leadership skills and emotional intelligence in their leaders to improve overall efficiency and success.
