| Abstract: |
This article focuses on exploring the essential factors in teaching physical education to students in the context of Education 4.0, where technology is increasingly dominating all fields. In the modern university environment, integrating technology into physical education allows students to monitor and improve their personal health through smart devices and sports applications. Additionally, physical education no longer only involves sports training but also includes factors such as nutrition, stress management, and mental health care, helping students maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Another notable factor is the rise of eSports, where these intellectual sports not only entertain students but also develop strategic thinking and teamwork skills. Furthermore, with the rapid growth of online education, learning physical education through online platforms has become flexible and convenient, meeting students' needs in the digital age. Finally, the physical education curriculum needs to diversify sports activities to cater to students’ preferences while encouraging participation in innovative activities such as digital interactive sports, helping students find the right training methods and maintain long-term exercise habits. |
