| Abstract: |
Some sports events have high exercise intensity, and various sports injuries are prone to occur during sports training, such as old re-injury, sudden sports injury, etc. These injuries will cause different degrees of damage to the physical function of the athlete. How to take corresponding preventive measures to reduce the risk of sports injuries during sports training is a problem that relevant staff need to pay full attention to. Therefore, this paper takes the common types of common sports injuries in sports training as an entry point, further analyzes the causes of injuries, and proposes specific preventive measures, aiming to comprehensively improve the quality, effect, and safety of sports training. |
