| Abstract: |
Nam Dam Village, located in Quan Ba commune, Quan Ba district, Ha Giang province, Vietnam, is known for its captivating scenery that attracts many tourists. In recent years, local authorities have implemented numerous policies and community tourism development projects, along with various tourism services integrated into the daily lives of residents. However, community tourism development in Nam Dam Village has not fully matched the local potential. Issues such as the overall self-initiated infrastructure for tourism, limitations in service quality and professionalism, and the scarcity of human resources, especially in tourism-related personnel, still persist. This article proposes several solution groups to address these challenges. |
