Recognizing their unique position in society, he advocated for nurturing and effectively utilizing their talents to serve the nation and its people. Ho Chi Minh underscored the necessity for intellectuals to align their knowledge and skills with practical needs, fostering a balance between theoretical understanding and real-world application. He also highlighted the importance of moral integrity, patriotism, and lifelong learning as fundamental qualities for intellectuals. This paper explores Ho Chi Minh’s perspectives on the responsibilities and potential of intellectuals, examining their role in national development both historically and in the context of modern challenges. His teachings continue to serve as a guiding framework for fostering a generation of intellectuals committed to innovation, ethics, and the betterment of Vietnam. |
