| Abstract: |
Globalization has changed the way people communicate with each other because now, they have more chances to contact people not only in their country but also outside their country's border. It is not surprising why English learning, especially English speaking, is considered essential in education for its communicative purpose. However, speaking English is not an easy task for learners in Viet Nam, particularly in Thai Nguyen University. Both the obstacles and the reasons hindered are clear for educators, but this investigation is the evidence for their hypothesis. This study is conducted among first-year students at this university with the aim of finding the specific issues related to English speaking problems. |
