Abstract: |
The content of the article focuses on the study of the relationship between logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, and perceived effectiveness. Data was collected from an online survey through a questionnaire sent to customers using logistics services in Vietnam, and 447 valid responses were received. The research results show that the quality of logistics services, including the quality of personal communication, order fulfillment, information quality, and social responsibility, positively affect customer satisfaction, while customer satisfaction positively affects perceived effectiveness. This study provides deep insights into the importance of customer satisfaction and customer perceived effectiveness in the Vietnamese logistics service industry. |
