Abstract: |
Purpose:This study aims to explore innovative strategies in health management education to enhance educational effectiveness and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment. Methods:The research focuses on developing a comprehensive framework for improving health management education, evaluating the effectiveness of existing teaching methods, and introducing and testing new teaching tools and strategies such as simulation scenarios, online learning platforms, and interdisciplinary collaboration. By comparing and analyzing the impact of traditional and innovative teaching methods on student knowledge acquisition, skill development, and satisfaction, this study aims to provide a comprehensive framework for educational improvement. Results:The results indicate that combining practice case analysis with technology-assisted teaching methods significantly enhances student engagement and learning effectiveness. Moreover, interdisciplinary collaboration and real-world scenario simulations are important for fostering students' clinical decision-making and teamwork abilities. Conclusions:Health management education should increasingly incorporate technology and real-world scenario simulations to improve teaching quality and students' practical abilities. Educational institutions should encourage teachers and students to engage in interdisciplinary projects to promote comprehensive professional development. Regular evaluation and updating of teaching content and methods are recommended to ensure educational practices align with industry demands. By implementing these recommendations, health management education can more effectively cultivate professionals to tackle contemporary healthcare challenges. |
