Abstract: After more than 30 years of renovation, the private economic sector in Vietnam has made strong development steps, making great contributions to the country's GDP, contributing to improving the living standards of workers. It affirms its role and position in the national economy. However, this economic sector still has many barriers to break through and develop. In order for the private sector to truly become “an important driving force in economic development" according to the policy of the XIII National Congress, it is necessary to implement many synchronous and positive solutions.
