Abstract: Education serves as a powerful catalyst for personal and community transformation, particularly among Indigenous Peoples (IP) who have historically encountered significant social, economic, and cultural barriers in accessing and completing formal education. In the Division of Valencia City, many IP graduates have successfully transitioned from learners to professionals, yet their stories and strategies for success remain underexplored in academic literature. Addressing this knowledge gap, this study aims to document and analyze IP professionals' lived experiences, coping mechanisms, and achievements, focusing on the factors that contributed to their resilience and leadership. The research used a qualitative narrative inquiry approach to engage IP graduates from various fields through purposive sampling and in-depth, semi-structured interviews. Thematic analysis revealed that participants overcame intertwined challenges—financial hardship, discrimination, and cultural marginalization- by drawing strength from family, community, cultural identity, and personal resourcefulness. Their journeys highlight the importance of culturally responsive support systems, mentorship, and the value of empowering IP learners to become role models and advocates for their communities. The evidence underscores the need for inclusive educational policies and practices that address the unique needs of IP students. Future research should expand across regions and employ mixed methods to inform effective interventions further. Ultimately, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the pathways to success for IP learners and provides actionable insights for educators, policymakers, and community leaders seeking to foster equitable and empowering educational environments
