| Abstract: |
The research was conducted to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of master students at Thai Nguyen's member universities. Data analysis method through SPSS software with descriptive statistical tools, test scale with Cronbach alpha coefficients, discovery factor analysis (EFA) and Regression analysis was performed to clarify the problems related to the research hypothesis. The Regression model consisting of five variables (Lecturers, Facilities, Tuition Fee, Education program, University Support) is used to identify the factors that affect student satisfaction. Research results show that 5/ 5 variables have an impact on student satisfaction. |
