| Abstract: |
In the context of international integration, Vietnam needs a large number of highly qualified human resources, capable of working in a developed and competitive technology environment. Therefore, developing human resources with high quality and professional qualifications, especially those capable of quickly adapting to rapid changes in science and technology, is a key factor to ensure Vietnam's economy develops in a modern and sustainable direction. The article analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing Vietnam's human resources today and proposes some solutions to improve the quality of human resources to meet the requirements of international integration. |
