| Abstract: |
Building a prosperous, democratic, fair and civilized socialist society is both the goal and the driving force of the current economic and social development process in Thai Nguyen province. It is the trained labor that distribute to the fundamental and crucial resource ensuring sustainable development of the locality. However, to meet the requirements of international integration, face the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, adapt to the rapid changes in the labor market, requires the dramatic increase both in quantity and quality of the trained labor. The current state of trained human resources in TN province is represented in the scale of the workforce, educational level, and professional qualifications. This paper aims to evaluate the development of the trained labor to propose suitable solutions for establishing a workforce structure that could satisfy the economic restructuring process towards models of economic growth which is closely linked to the 4.0 revolution in the period from 2024 to 2030 and the vision to 2045. |
