| Abstract: |
Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze the correlational relationship between capital structure, business risk and competitive advantage on the financial performance of coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Collecting data through analysis of financial statements, annual reports, documentation and literature. Data analysis used a quantitative approach with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and used SEM PLS analysis using the Smart PLS version 3.0 application. The results showed that the capital structure had a positive effect on the financial performance of coal mining companies in Indonesia. Business risk has a positive effect on the financial performance of coal mining companies in Indonesia. Capital structure has a negative effect on financial performance through the competitive advantage of mining companies in Indonesia. Business risk has a positive effect on financial performance through the competitive advantage of coal mining companies in Indonesia. |
