Abstract: |
Building positive word of mouth is an important marketing strategy for online retailers as it has been shown to be positively correlated with sales. In the era of explosive information technology and e-commerce as a "lever" for business development, retailers in the world market in general and Vietnam in particular are constantly interested in this form of online retail. This research will be the basis for retailers to focus on online business, improve website quality and service quality to encourage customer loyalty and word-of-mouth behavior to increase sales and profits. Besides, it also helps domestic retailers improve the quality of online business and can expand their business scope to other provinces and cities as well as to other countries around the world. |
