| Abstract: |
This study has shown the current state of competitiveness of Tien Bo Group Joint Stock Company (TTB) based on 5 groups of internal factors, including Financial capacity, Human capacity, Marketing capacity, Technological capacity, and Project management capacity. At the same time, the research also showed TTB's competitiveness compared to current competitors in the Thai Nguyen province’s market. The results showed that TTB's competitiveness was assessed at a good level; however, the company still has disadvantages in the process of perfecting its competitive strategy to enhance its position in the domestic and international real estate market. The study suggests 6 groups of solutions, focusing mainly on 2 groups of solutions for improving management capacity and increasing human resources. |
