| Abstract: |
This study was conducted to evaluate the job satisfaction of employees at Thai Nguyen Garment Joint Stock Company (TNG) in Thai Nguyen city, Vietnam, and to identify the job-related factors that influence their satisfaction. A quantitative research method was used, with structured questionnaires serving as the primary tool for data collection. The findings indicated that two-thirds of the job-related variables were sources of dissatisfaction among the sewing operators. However, all five job-related factors demonstrated a positive correlation with employee job satisfaction |
