Abstract: Using data from 240 individuals with the right to choose, determine whether to utilize the Logistic service of the business department, operation, or director of the business that is a partner using the Logistic businesses' services. The results have discovered 06 elements that positively impact consumer satisfaction when utilizing the Logistic service that businesses give in the Southeast region. In order of quality of teller, price competitiveness, state policy, order quality, information quality, and timeliness in the Southeast area. The goal of this research is to improve the quality of logistics services supplied by enterprises, resulting in increased customer or partner business satisfaction. when making use of the service
