Abstract: This qualitative study investigates the perspectives of experienced teachers at Quezon Bukidnon Comprehensive National High School on creating technology-enhanced instructional materials for the School Year 2024-2025. Despite recognizing the benefits of digital tools, many face challenges such as poor connectivity, limited device access, and low digital literacy. Thematic analysis revealed key themes including teachers’ perceptions, barriers to integration, and strategies for improving digital competency. Global studies by authors such as Ertmer & Ottenbreit-Leftwich (2010) allude to the importance of teacher beliefs and training in effective integration, while studies by Dela Cruz (2018) confirm that infrastructural and competency issues hinder the deployment of technology by Filipino teachers.
